At the 11th PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards Gala 2025, KDI Holdings achieved an impressive double win with two major categories for standout products within the world-class coastal city Libera Nha Trang: the 5-star hotel-branded condominium tower Paramount Signature and the beachfront villa compound La Tiên Villa.

Specifically, Paramount Signature was awarded Best Coastal Branded Residential Development, while La Tiên Villa was honored in the category of Best Housing Architectural Design.
