La Tiên Villa, a key component of the 44-hectare Libera Nha Trang township, will hold its official kick-off event on the evening of August 19, gathering nearly 3,000 sales consultants from more than 50 agencies.
Titled “Echoes of the Fairy Coast”, the event will take place at the Bronze Drum Square in Libera Nha Trang from 5 p.m. on August 19. The stage design draws inspiration from traditional cultural motifs, local artistry, and the natural beauty of Nha Trang. According to the organizer, the program is structured into three chapters, guiding attendees on a journey from past to present and into the future, reenacting the story of the “fairy land by the pearl bay” in northern Nha Trang.
During the event, the developer will officially introduce La Tiên Villa, a luxury real estate enclave located by the La Tiên Marina. This gated compound enjoys a rare “mountain-backed, bay-facing” position—with the Cô Tiên mountain range behind it and the famed Nha Trang Bay, one of the world’s most beautiful seaside bays, right in front.
