Recently featured in reputable international magazines and news agencies such as The CEO Magazine, The Economist, and Associated Press (AP), KDI Holdings is steadily affirming its position after more than a decade of establishment and growth.
Distinct Business Orientation
A diverse ecosystem combined with a unique business approach forms the solid foundation that enables KDI Holdings to gain strong recognition in the market.
Although the group has been developing for just over a decade, in a market with many “giants,” KDI Holdings does not view this as pressure but as a challenge and opportunity to learn and seize. This mindset allows the company to make bold, market-shaping decisions. The group is building a diverse ecosystem, operating across sectors such as real estate, high-end furniture, STEM education, high-tech agriculture, entertainment, yachting, and more. These business segments are closely linked, leveraging each other’s strengths to ensure sustainable growth and generate valuable benefits for society and the community.

Libera Nha Trang is a flagship project of KDI Holdings.
“The sectors we choose and the projects we develop are always oriented towards sustainability and long-term development to bring benefits and positive value to our customers, partners, investors, as well as the community and society. Sustainable value is clearly reflected through our strong commitment to environmental protection and cultural preservation. We also integrate local cultural values into our journey, which will be an important part of KDI Holdings’ long-term strategy,” said Mr. Đỗ Tuấn Anh, CEO of KDI Holdings.
Steadfast Goals and Resilient Challenge Overcoming
As a multi-sector investment group in real estate, education, high-tech agriculture, renewable energy, high-end furniture, etc., KDI Holdings possesses a comprehensive vision of risks in each business field while consistently spotting opportunities amid challenges.
Amid economic difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic over the past two years, particularly in 2021, KDI Holdings’ flagship project, Libera Nha Trang, ensured timely support to safeguard workers’ safety. The management quickly implemented health and safety measures in accordance with the Ministry of Health and local authorities, conducted on-site living arrangements for workers, provided meals and essential supplies, and maintained project construction, securing employment for over 1,000 workers and staff.
At the same time, KDI Education intensified research and development of online products, launched online design and programming classes for students, organized STEM lesson design courses for teachers, attracting nearly 50,000 student and teacher participants.
In high-tech agriculture, the group maintained 70–80% production capacity while investing in expanding KD Green Farm from 100ha to 300ha in 2022, continuing to export the KDA clean banana brand to China, Malaysia, Japan, and South Korea.
Sustainable Development with Local Communities
At Libera Nha Trang, KDI Holdings has invested in international-standard water supply and waste treatment systems to ensure safety and environmental friendliness. Additionally, the group invested VND 15 billion in a coral regeneration project in collaboration with the Nha Trang Institute of Oceanography and attracted $100,000 in sponsorship funds.
In 2021, KDI Holdings actively supported local communities through various initiatives, including contributing VND 500 million to the Vietnam COVID-19 Vaccine Fund, assisting 500 households in lockdown areas with COVID cases in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa, and participating in other annual social activities to foster community development in regions where the group operates.
“In every sector, each business segment of KDI Holdings identifies its own path to explore the market and establish a distinct position. We do not place profit above all else or aim solely to become the largest group. Our committed path is to foster long-term and sustainable development across all partnerships with clients, employees, and stakeholders, while contributing humanitarian and lasting value to society—becoming the most admired group, as envisioned by our Chairman,” shared Mr. Đỗ Tuấn Anh, CEO of KDI Holdings.
